Lighter ‘the session’-with Reiki at its core the practitioner offers an initial guided meditation to invoke divinatory light. This crystalline energy provides purification and protection. Bodywork includes crystal placements on the client + aromatherapy through essential oils as well as herbal smoke cleansing (sage or palo santo). Sound healing tools + music soothe the subtle senses. This session offers a multi sensory and multi dimensional experience based on Lisa’s intuitive healing techniques. Clients will receive a unique, curated session based on their particular needs. *Accompanying messages from Spirit may be channeled + shared post session.

I cannot take away pain. I cannot reverse a loss, a break up. I cannot erase what someone they love has said that left a scar. I cannot walk the path ahead for them.

There is an undeniable sense of relief from telling their stories aloud. Of being witnessed and held in sanctity. Safe to bravely face their circumstances.

When I have the chance to offer physical healing-through reiki + intuitive channeling, the session moves beyond words. By down-regulating the nervous system I move them from cognitive state to their senses, to their subtle body.

In this place I am literally moving emotional debris. I am extracting years of discomfort, stagnant energy + allowing forgiveness. In this space I give their spirit permission to let go of what doesn’t belong to them. To be and know peace.

Deeper into this experience I can ‘sync timelines’. A long held memory may show up to be acknowledged and with support released with less fear. A loved one who is crossed may visit to show me a scene they shared or a song they love.

I cannot predict how session will go or ‘fix” an issue. But I can guide us to an outcome. Healthier emotional balance.
